You want to sell your house.  The next step with one of your biggest investments needs careful consideration.  You need somebody that wants to help you, not somebody that wants a listing.  I do everything I can to help my clients achieve their goals.  Your goals are my challenges, and I love new challenges!

The first step is to get the marketing in place.  Photos are key!  I will professionally photograph your house, highlighting the key features of your property.  Before the photos can be taken, I will take time and walk around and discuss the current layout.  It’s your home now, but if you want it to be somebody else’s house, things may need to be rearranged.

Once the photos are done several things will happen at once.  The listing will be posted or updated with the photos on ARMLS (the local residential listing network) and Realtor.com.  My website will be updated with the property.  My broker’s site will be updated with your listing and all the associates will be notified in a weekly email.  Once the first round of web work is done a flyer custom to your property will be designed and printed in full color.  These are for the sign in the front yard and also handouts for the open houses.  Days will be scheduled for open houses, if you desire.  Depending on the location of your property, some print ads may be scheduled and run.  There are also several websites I like to advertise listing on if they meet the criteria.
